  • HVAC in all interior event spaces, clear-top dance tent with lighting, white oak checkered dance floor, golf cart, wooden and steel reception tables, wooden cross-back chairs, cedar arbor / chuppah, benches, glassware, safari canvas tent, Bose PA system, luxury restroom trailer, french bistro tables, lounge furniture, cocktail tables, highchairs, adirondack chairs, steel fire bowls, lawn games, ping-pong and pool table.

  • We only host 1 wedding per weekend, so we can be focused on you, and you can have the time you need to spend with your loved ones over the course of 3 days.

  • Our Venue Manager will be with you every step of the way from the point you book your date to the day of your wedding. We also provide a Bar Manager, bar staff, golf cart driver, and facilities staff to keep the property looking clean and beautiful throughout the weekend.

  • Unique to Stonehill’s, we have a beautiful garden that is 100% self sufficient and buzzing with life. Our cedar garden boxes are watered with a solar pump and water from our own creek. When you book your wedding at Stonehill’s, we will work with you to source seeds and grow your own bouquet or flower arrangement for your special day.

  • Have a special caterer you love? Use them! Want to bring an Ice Cream Truck to your reception? Please do it. We do not charge additional fees to bring in vendors you love, so you can make your wedding unique.

Stonehill’s includes so much, that it would cost you more to rent everything and have your wedding in your own backyard.

Our rental inclusions are valued at over $35k, without considering the event spaces themselves, or staff to manage.

    3 Ceremony Sites

    We have multiple areas throughout our 20 acres that can serve as your ceremony site, depending on what your vision is, to include a flat, grassy pond-side site with views of Mohonk Mountain, surrounded by a creek and rolling hills, a 10 acre wildflower field, or a hidden site in the woods. All three sites are a short walk from the barn, but we can drive anyone who can’t walk to any of these locations with our included golf cart shuttle service.

    Rain Ceremony Site Options

    In the event of rain, the ceremony can be held in the barn cellar or under the clear-top tent depending on the size of your guest list. Events desiring full outdoor areas to be covered must rent additional tents.

  • Restroom Maintenance

    Toilet paper and water for restroom facilities, maintenance and clean up of restroom trailers throughout the event.

  • Lighting

    Warm white string lights throughout the property and all official event spaces (tent/pergola), barn, barn cellar, gravel area behind barn and farmhouse, farmhouse porch). A collection of color-customizable changing LED lights around the barn porch and for use in barn cellar with purchase of an Afterparty. Two customizable color changing LED lights for uplighting of barn doors if desired.
