  • We only host 1 wedding per weekend, so we can be focused on you, and you can have the time you need to spend with your loved ones over the course of 2 nights and 3 days.

  • Our Venue Team includes venue partners, bar, facilities, and golf cart staff to keep the property looking beautiful and operational throughout the weekend.

  • Have a special caterer you love? Use them! Want to bring an Ice Cream Truck to your reception? Please do it. We do not charge additional fees to bring in vendors you love, so you can make your wedding unique.

  • Food, Beverage, Planning, and Accommodations are available as add-ons.

Stonehill’s includes so much, that it would cost you more to rent everything and have your wedding in your own backyard.

Our rental inclusions are valued at over $45k, without considering the event spaces themselves, or staff to manage.

  • Rustic black barn near a glass greenhouse surrounded by trees and greenery in a serene countryside setting.

    Fully Climatized Barn Venue

    3 stories with lighting and wired for sound, inclusive of a stone cellar with games (ping-pong, corn hole, foosball, darts, giant jenga), a main floor with a speakeasy bar and service window, bluestone patio, large deck, and loft for additional seating or VIP lounge. Fully equipped with Heat and AC.

  • White Sailcloth Tent

    An elegant 72’ × 30’ sailcloth tent with wooden poles, dance floor, lighting, and satellite bar, parallel to the barn for cocktail hour, dancing, and rain plan ceremony site location.

  • Historic Farmhouse Venue

    Our beautifully designed Farmhouse Inn serves as the location for the included Welcome/Rehearsal event, and optional Farewell event add-on.

    Ceremony Site

    Our idyllic grassy pond-side ceremony site, surrounded by a stream, wildflower field, and forrest, with views of the famous Mohonk Mountain house. Mature trees provide shade, and the elevation provides a wonderful breeze.

    Dance Floor & Lighting

    Dance the night away on our 18’x24’ white oak checkered dance floor located directly in font of the barn, under our beautiful tent. (Please note: our tent has been upgraded from a clear top tent to a white sailcloth tent)

  • Speakeasy Cellar (Afterparty Add-on)

    Receptions in the barn must end by 11pm, but you can continue the celebration in the barn’s cellar lounge, which oozes charm until 2am, with the addition of an Afterparty. Nothing goes better than live jazz, cocktails, and late night food trucks.

    Grow Your Own Bouquet

    Unique to Stonehill’s, we have a beautiful garden that is 100% self sufficient and buzzing with life. Our cedar garden boxes are watered with a solar pump and water from our own creek. When you book your wedding at Stonehill’s, you can source and plant your own seeds and grow cut flowers for your bouquet.

    Removal of trash throughout the event and after from Stonehill’s trash bins around the grounds. Removal of catering trash and food waste from one designated collection area after the event. Catering is responsible for clearing tables and all food related trash throughout the event in catering supplied bins and trash bags.

  • Restroom Maintenance

    Toilet paper and water for restroom facilities, maintenance and clean up of restroom trailers throughout the event.

  • Lighting

    Warm white string lights throughout the property and all official event spaces (tent/pergola), barn, barn cellar, gravel area behind barn and farmhouse, farmhouse porch). A collection of color-customizable changing LED lights around the barn porch and for use in barn cellar with purchase of an Afterparty. Two customizable color changing LED lights for uplighting of barn doors if desired.

  • Power and Water

    Two 20 amp circuits for DJ and event, plus potable water hookups for catering and restroom facilities.
