Day One

Overnight guests arrive at the farmhouse, are greeted with welcome beverage and shown to their rooms.
+ Welcome Dinner +
7:00pm-10:00pm
Overnight guests and guests staying nearby enjoy a casual welcome dinner, drinks and music at the farmhouse. The bridal party may rehearse speeches and do a run-through of the ceremony at the ceremony site.
Day Two
+ Wedding Guest Arrival +
4:00pm-4:30pm
Wedding guests arrive and enjoy a welcome beverage in the farmhouse garden and mingle while they await the ceremony.
+ Ceremony +
4:30pm-5:30pm
Guests and the bridal party walk to the ceremony site and take their seats by the pond for a beautiful sunset ceremony.
+ Cocktail Hour +
5:30pm-6:30pm
Guests and the bridal party walk to the barn garden patio for passed-apps, drinks from 2 bars and live music.
+ Reception +
6:30pm-10:30pm
The barn doors open to reveal the dining area, and guests take their seats for a beautiful family style or coursed dinner from your preferred caterer. Dancing commences in front of the barn, in clear view from the dining area, on the checkered oak dance floor under twinkle lights.
+ Afterparty +
10:30pm-1:30am
Guests are invited to stay for a dance party in the stone cellar with a photo booth, disco ball, fire-pit, games and light-bites!
Day Three
+ Farewell Brunch +
9am-12pm
Overnight guests receive complimentary late-check out and enjoy a farmhouse style brunch on the wraparound porch and garden patio. Outside guests are welcome to join!

We only host 1 wedding per weekend, so we can be focused on you, and you can have the time you need to spend with your loved ones over the course of 3 days.

Our Venue Manager will be with you every step of the way from the point you book your date to the day of your wedding. We also provide a Bar Manager, bar staff, golf cart driver, and facilities staff to keep the property looking clean and beautiful throughout the weekend.

Unique to Stonehill’s, we have a beautiful garden that is 100% self sufficient and buzzing with life. Our cedar garden boxes are watered with a solar pump and water from our own creek. When you book your wedding at Stonehill’s, we will work with you to source seeds and grow your own bouquet or flower arrangement for your special day.

Have a special caterer you love? Use them! Want to bring an Ice Cream Truck to your reception? Please do it. We do not charge additional fees to bring in vendors you love, so you can make your wedding unique.

Our on-premise, meticulously designed 1800s farmhouse rooms + Scandinavian cabin suites serve as home base for up to 50.
All accommodations are automatically held for your guests to book upon contract signing. There are many great local lodging options for additional guests to include Inness, Hasbrouck House and Elmrock.

To offer the most flexibility with respect to budgets and tastes, we have partnered with some of the best chefs in the Hudson Valley who can offer tailored solutions for your unique event.

We have a liquor license and therefore all beverages must go through us.
We offer natural and bio-dynamic wines from small farms, and work with local craft distilleries to create memorable cocktails that are sure to please you and your guests.
We also have a robust non-alcoholic selection of offerings for N/A guests.

Add an afterparty in the Stone Cellar for up to 3 hours and dance (or lounge) until 2am.
Cost: $2,500
Add a farewell brunch (casual bagels or a proper brunch) at the Farmhouse for up 3 hours and all of your guests will receive a late check-out of 12pm to recover from the night before.
