Terms of Service

Updated September 23, 2026

These terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Stonehill's Farmhouse's website (https://weddingupstate.com), inquiry forms and messaging. By using them, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use them. Booking an event with us is covered by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.

Text messaging program

When you tick the consent box on our inquiry form, you agree to receive text messages from Stonehill's Farmhouse about your inquiry, tour, and event details, including confirmations, reminders and replies to your questions. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply; for questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To stop receiving texts at any time, reply STOP to any message. You'll get one confirmation text and nothing further. To rejoin, submit the form again or reply START. For help, reply HELP or contact us at events@stonehills.co · (845) 377-6015 · 77 Mill Hook Road, Accord, NY 12404.

Using our forms and site

You agree to give us accurate information and to use our forms, website and messaging only for genuine inquiries and for working with us on your event. Don't use them to send unsolicited messages, impersonate anyone, or interfere with how they work.

Content and ownership

The text, photographs and other content on our website belong to Stonehill's Farmhouse or our licensors. You may look at and share links to it; you may not copy or reuse it commercially without our permission.

No warranty; limitation of liability

Our website and messaging are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of them. Nothing here limits any liability that can't be limited by law, and nothing here changes the terms of a signed event agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them will be brought in the courts of that state.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top is the current version.
