Who we are

Stonehill's Farmhouse ("Stonehill's Farmhouse", "we", "us") respects the personal information you share with us and handles it with care. This policy explains what we collect when you inquire about or book with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you fill in an inquiry form, book a tour, or work with us on an event, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, phone number, event date and details, guest counts, and anything you write in a message. If you pay a deposit or invoice, the payment itself is handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.

Our website may use cookies and standard traffic data (pages visited, browser type, IP address) to keep the site working and understand how it's used. That data isn't tied to you by name.

Text messages

If you tick the consent box on our form, we may text you about your inquiry, your tour, and the details of your event — confirmations, reminders, and answers to your questions. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with anyone; the only sharing that happens is with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and get help by replying HELP.

How we use your information

To answer your inquiry, plan and run your event, send you what you've asked for, invoice you, and keep a record of our work together. Unless you ask us not to, we may occasionally email you about our own offerings; you can opt out of those at any time.

Who we share it with

We share your information only as needed to do the work you've asked for — with the vendors and service providers involved in your event, and with the software that runs our business (Stonehill's Farmhouse uses Runshow, runshow.co, to manage inquiries, messages and events). Those providers may only use your information to provide their service to us. We don't sell your personal information.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients, or our staff.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at events@stonehills.co · (845) 377-6015 · 77 Mill Hook Road, Accord, NY 12404. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, and from texts by replying STOP.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and only the people who need it to do their jobs have access to it. We keep it for as long as we're working together and as long as our records and the law require afterwards.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top is the current version.
