Rich in history

Hudson Valley

c. 1836

Originally built as a dairy farm by english settlers in the early nineteenth century, Stonehill’s has a vibrant history with deep roots in the Hudson Valley.

During the 1920s, the farmer housing was converted into lodging for broadway performers from NYC who came up to summer. The barn was converted into a theater and reception hall where the community would gather for plays, concerts, weddings, reunions birthdays and celebrations.

With over 20 acres of rolling hills, creeks, 2 ponds, Shawangunk Mountain Views, and a private walking trail to Arrowood Farms Brewery and Westwind Orchard, you’ll have plenty of places to chose from to capture the moment.

    Our on-premise, meticulously designed 1800s farmhouse rooms + Scandinavian cabin suites serve as home base for up to 50 guests.

    All accommodations are automatically held for your guests to exclusively book upon contract signing. There are many great local lodging options for additional guests to include Inness, Hasbrouck House and Elmrock.

  • A buffet table with various dishes, including bowls of dips, sliced bread, and a plate of grilled vegetables. There are different spreads and garnishes, with utensils for serving. The setup is elegant, suggesting a catered event or party.
